After a successful career in HM Royal Marines leading high calibre teams in extremely challenging environments, Christian has held several senior positions within the Financial Services sector including roles at HSBC, MUFG, Citi and Credit Suisse. With over 25 years’ experience in developing and motivating dedicated high performing teams, Christian brings to the firm a wealth of experience and discipline across finance, risk management, control and governance and business strategic management within Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking businesses.
