Gordon worked in investment banking between 1990 and 2014, his most senior positions being in trading roles with Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan.

His main business focuses were Equity Derivatives and traditional and synthetic Prime Brokerage. During this period he ran businesses across western and eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Gordon has a huge amount of experience managing trading business in some of the most complex products and the most challenging jurisdictions and has built numerous successful teams.
