Nicholas has worked in Investment Banking for 32 years, his most senior positions being Vice Chairman Global Banking and member of Risk Management Committee at Deutsche Bank, Chairman Emerging Europe and CIS at Lehman Brothers and Nomura Securities, Co-CEO of Russia and CIS at Goldman Sachs and Executive Chairman at LifeBlnce Ltd.

Mr. Jordan has also served on major Boards including ITI Capital, EN+, Rusal and 4Finance.

His career focused on Investment Banking, Emerging Markets and Capital Markets.

Nicholas has extensive experience managing complex financial markets.
