Nikita is an experienced executive with over 23 years of experience in strategy, business transformation and corporate Governance with a focus on financial services. He started his career with PWC in Paris, later he served as an MD in the Accenture strategy consulting practice, a Partner at Roland Berger GmbH, and as the Chief Transformation Officer in a diversified financial services group.

Nikita brings a breadth of experience in corporate and investment banking, asset management, brokerage, retail banking, private banking, consumer finance, insurance, leasing, as well as in the M&A domain: deal structuring, post-merger integration planning and execution, carve-out planning, commercial due diligence etc.

Nikita has a degree from EM LYON (The Lyon school of management) with a major in Corporate Finance and is fluent in English, French and Russian.
