Dorota began her career in financial services with Saxo Bank and later held senior positions at the global consulting firm Protiviti, BGC Partners, and Sova Capital. She also served as Group CFO at ITI Group a private-equity-backed financial services firm owned by the Da Vinci Capital Fund, where she led finance transformation initiatives and strengthened multinational control frameworks.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), Dorota brings a track record of shaping modern finance functions, embedding IFRS excellence, and guiding organisations through periods of strategic change and expansion. Dorota holds a BA (Hons) in Sustainable Performance Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and is recognised for her strategic insight, governance expertise, and results-driven leadership.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, attending polo matches, and reading on economics, leadership, and modern finance.
